ご入居の流れ

STEP.01お問い合わせ

Contact us

入居したいシェアハウスがある方や、シェアハウスに住んでみたい！とお考えの方は、お電話、もしくはお問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。
シェアハウスの空室情報をお調べし、内見・見学日時を調整させていただきます。

If you have a share house you want to move in or want to live in a share house! If you think, please call or Please contact us from the inquiry form.
We will check the vacancy information of the share house and adjust the date and time of the tour.

STEP.02内見・見学

Visit the house

内見日時・待ち合わせが決まりましたら、スタッフがお迎えに上がり、ご希望の物件を案内いたします。
ご不明な点がありましたら、お気軽にご相談ください。

Once the appointment date / time and appointment have been decided, the staff will pick you up and guide you to the desired property.

STEP.03契約

Contract

ご契約時に必要なものは物件の見学時やお問い合わせ時にお伝えいたしますので、ご準備の上ご契約をお願いいたします。
ご契約日に、印鑑・諸費用をお持ち頂き契約書に署名・捺印をします。

We will tell you what you need at the time of the contract when you visit the property or when you make an inquiry.
On the date of the contract, you will bring a seal and various expenses to sign and seal the contract.

STEP.04入居

Move in

ご契約日にお部屋の鍵をお渡しいたしますので、シェアハウスでの生活をお楽しみ下さい。
入居中困った事があれば、スタッフまでお気軽にご質問ください。

You will be given a room key on the day of your contract so you can enjoy living in a share house.
If you have any trouble during your stay, please feel free to ask our staff.

ご解約について

お引越しを希望される場合は、契約書記載の期日に従い、下記の退去申請フォームにてお知らせください。
申請後、退去立会日の時間をお打合せいたします。
立会時にお部屋の破損箇所・備品のチェックをします。破損などにより費用が発生する場合には、御見積金額をご提示させて頂きます。
